We’re making this for you, from scratch
Your custom diamond slice ring will be made to order with the diamond slice of your choice in around 8 to 13 weeks. You'll receive a photo before we ship it out. The price is for one finished ring in 18 karat eco gold.

Your custom ring design
Metal
You can choose from 18 karat yellow gold, rose gold or white gold. We use 18 karat ethical gold, which is mined and processed with traditional, mercury free, low impact practices by indigenous Dayak women in Central Kalimantan, Indonesian Borneo, who receive fair pay. Our 18 karat white gold is alloyed with palladium. This white gold has a warm gray color. If you prefer that white metal look, we recommend adding rhodium plating for $50.

Setting
Your diamond slice will be set in an open back bezel setting.
Satellite diamond design
Add one or three accent diamonds set in solid gold on top of your diamond slice. This is a design feat that will make your ring really stand out.
Diamonds in band
Want to add some extra sparkle? Pave diamonds in the ring band can really elevate the look of your ring. Choose between salt and pepper diamonds (the rebellious budget option) or white diamonds (G-H color, SI clarity).
Engraving is on us
We offer complimentary engraving on the inside of your ring to personalize it even more. Our team will reach out to you after your purchase for details.
Conflict free diamonds
The diamonds used in this jewelry have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. Based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds they are conflict free and mined in accordance with the Kimberley Process.
Gardens of the Sun goes beyond conflict free. Since our sourcing policy came into effect in November 2018 we only purchase diamonds from known origins. We avoid sourcing diamonds from Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Russia (last purchased in 2019), Sierra Leone and Zimbabwe.

Diamond slices
Diamonds are a good choice for everyday wear. However, since diamond slices are generally only half a mm thick, they are susceptible to knocks and blows and can chip or crack more easily than a regular cut diamond.
If you would like to wear your ring as a diamond slice engagement ring, please take good care.

Shaped like a prehistoric flower petal pressed in between precious pages, filled with salt and pepper inclusions that make it seem like a gray diamond slice from afar, and only letting you notice the intricate patterns from up close. Mined in Botswana, cut in India. Measures 12.5 x 7.5 mm.
DS84 - 0.27 ct gray and brown diamond slice
This blade-shaped diamond boasts a gray undertone with light coppery inclusions. Straight edges on one side and a curved edge on the other. Mined in Botswana, cut in India. Measures 7.9 x 5.5 x 0.5 mm
DS94 - 0.23 ct brown diamond slice
This brown diamond slice has a beautiful warm brown color, translucent with some darker brown patterns. Two small surface reaching pits and a scratch on the back. Mined in Botswana, cut in India. Measures 6.4 x 5.8 x 0.5 mm.
DS95 - 0.26 ct translucent diamond slice with black center
This salt and pepper diamond slice has a soft gray color and two well defined charcoal gray beauty marks. Mined in Botswana, cut in India. Measures 7.0 x 5.8 x 0.6 mm.
DS97 - 0.24 ct striped diamond slice
This diamond slice has a grayish brown base color, with charcoal gray stripes and swirls. Mined in Botswana, cut in India. Measures 7.4 x 5.0 x 0.5 mm.
DS98 - 0.23 ct brown swirl diamond slice
This brown diamond slice has brown swirls and a few charcoal gray inclusions. Yellow or rose gold would really bring out the warm color of this diamond. Mined in Botswana, cut in India. Measures 6.0 x 5.8 x 0.5 mm.

There was great communication throughout the process of my rings’ creation and when it arrived it was beautifully packaged and you could tell there was love and care put into this order.
