Shipping and returns
Gardens of the Sun offers premium courier shipping like Fedex and DHL. This takes 2 to 4 working days to destinations worldwide, excluding any time your package may spend at customs. We offer free shipping for higher value orders ($150-$300 and up, depending on your location). Here's a quick overview of the prices of these shipping options.
* Please note that we only offer flat rate economy shipping for orders up to $200. There's no tracking on this option, and it comes with delivery confirmation, so you'll need to sign upon receipt.
All ready-stock items are shipped via Indonesia Post within 3 working days of your purchase, excluding Balinese and national holidays. Shipping to the US, Europe and Australia usually takes 3 to 8 weeks with economy shipping. There are occassional delays and around the holidays the shipping times may be a little longer. If you need your order by a certain date, we suggest to upgrade to fast shipping with tracking.
Please note that you're responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. Gardens of the Sun is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you would like to be able to track your package, please purchase an express shipping upgrade.
Your satisfaction is really important to us. If you need your order by a specific date please select the express shipping upgrade during checkout and email us at email@example.com. We'll do our best to make it work.
All jewelry comes with complimentary gift wrapping.
Gardens of the Sun jewelry is warranted for 3 months from the date of shipping against any defects, like loose stones or if your jewelry arrives in less than stellar condition due to mishandling. Simply put, if we made a mistake, we’re committed to fixing it. The 3 month warranty does not cover scratches, dullness of metals or stones, or jewelry that has been stolen, lost, dropped or damaged in any other way. We do a strict quality control before we package and ship every single item, and we make sure your stones and metals are at their most beautiful before being wrapped up.
To claim a warrant, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of what happened, a photo and your order number, so we can review it.
Is your jewelry not quite the right size or not quite what you expected? We accept returns on ready-stock items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email email@example.com with your order number and why you’d like to
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. It must also be in the original packaging. We don't accept returns on custom made jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We’d love to say we’ve got a “no questions asked” return policy, but we don’t work that way. We strive to always be better. We’d like to hear why you return your jewelry so that we can continue to improve. If there’s anything you’re unhappy with, please let us know so we can fix this for other customers.
Changes to your order
We work hard to process your orders and get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible. We can't make any changes to your order once it has been taken to the post office. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org
Custom made items
Unfortunately, commissioned pieces and custom orders (including engraved pieces and special ring sizes) are non-refundable. We do want you to love your piece. If the item is damaged or we made a mistake, we'll work with you to fix it. If you need resizing, or need further work to perfection your custom order, please email email@example.com .
Cancellation of custom orders
There is a 48 hour time window for you to cancel your custom order at no cost. A bespoke piece is handmade especially for you, so once production starts it can't be cancelled. For all custom orders there is an $200 non-refundable deposit. If you decide not to purchase your bespoke jewelry, you won't be charged the full price, but your deposit only.
Please include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipped back to us.
