You're a (near) native English speaker with the right attitude and a way with words. You love building relationships with our community. Thanks to you, our clients keep coming back.
Gardens of the Sun has a strong brand voice and vision, and you understand how to use our unique, playful voice. We thrive to constantly improve our customer experience. As you’ll be closest to our clients and practically their friend, you are their voice in our team and you share their feedback.

Respond to inquiries and questions from our community
Implement micro-influencer, brand ambassador and referral strategy
Engage our community through interactive activities
Support regular mini sales and flash sales on our social media channels
Send gifts and cards to surprise our VIP clients and increase brand loyalty
Draft creative content for our blog, newsletter and social media based on communication with clients
General customer service support
We want everyone in our business to grow and use their talents, so there may be additional tasks based on your interests and the company needs.
Your location isn’t as important as your attitude and talent, but it is required that you come into the office most days in your first month for an on-the-job training. After that we expect you to come into our studio once or twice a week for team meet-ups. Aside from that you’re flexible to work from anywhere with an internet connection (you decide what you wear and which pet sits at your feet ;)) This means can work from 9-5, or during any other hours of the day or the weekend - as long as you get the job done!
Have a way with words and may feel called to be a writer. Your English grammar and writing skills are top notch and you can bring our brand’s unique, playful voice
Have a genuine interest in people and their needs and love connecting with them in a variety of ways. You like to chat and think customer service is fun!
Get the details right — you don’t half-ass anything or let little things slip through the cracks. You always double check your spelling.
Love systems and checklists, especially when you get to cross things off
Do what it takes to get the task done, and will communicate and collaborate to achieve your to do list
Don’t have the writing skills of a native English speaker
Can’t communicate in a conversational tone
Can’t take constructive feedback and criticism on your writing
Have a hard time following directions
