customer love TEAM COORDINATOR

As the Coordinator of the Customer Love Team, you’re responsible for client communication and relationships. You help set up the systems to show our employees appreciation and help them grow professionally. 


You coordinate the Customer Love team, which takes loving care of our clients and business partners. Your team makes sure every single client feels blown away by their experience - for the long haul. Your team also collaborates with the Visuals Team for images of custom stones and finished jewelry, Marketing Team for social sharing of clients experiences and post-purchase follow-up, and with the Production Team for inventory and handling returns. 


Expected start date: October 1st 2022 or mid October latest

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Assign client tickets accordingly 

  • Lead & support team members 

  • Respond to client tickets

  • Run brainstorm meetings with the CS members and find solutions when needed with the team members

  • Manage team member work load, tasks and responsibilities 

  • Support regular mini sales and flash sales on our social media channels

  • Prepare monthly reports

  • Ensure SOPs & policies are followed 

  • Analyze situations and address any recurring issues or feedback to the Production Team and Directors 

  • General customer service support

  • Have a way with words and may feel called to be a writer. Your English grammar and writing skills are top notch and you can bring our brand’s unique, playful voice

  • Have a genuine interest in people and their needs and love connecting with them in a variety of ways. You like to chat and think customer service is fun!

  • Get the details right — you don’t half-ass anything or let little things slip through the cracks. You always double check your spelling. 

  • Know how to motivate a team and keep them on track

  • Do what it takes to get the task done, and will communicate and collaborate to achieve your to do list
