The HR & Growth Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. You’re a moodmaker who shapes the office culture for our team of 24. Your duties involve job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. Your main responsibilities are ensuring our employees are happy and have a productive workplace where everyone works to realize our mission. Your number one goal is to support the professional development of all team members, building on the notion a business can only grow as much as the people in it grow.
In the background, you handle HR related administration, set up relevant systems and processes, ensure we comply with regulations and legal requirements, and work with our Sustainability Team to become B Corp certified.
You’re a team player who’s able to communicate easily with your colleagues, whether that’s in Bahasa Indonesia and English. You’re able to find the good in anyone, constantly looking out for the underdog, invested in the common good and often find yourself placing a higher value on the group’s wellbeing than your own.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with business values
Refine the already existing company structure and organizational hierarchy
Review and revise job titles and job descriptions
Maintain employee records and paperwork, including work permits, visa applications and visa extensions for foreign staff
Manage recruitment, including new employee orientation and on-boarding, and exit interviews
Asses and manage employee productivity, performance and contract extensions
Nurture a positive working environment
Bridge management and employee relations
Develop and manage a pay scale that rewards and drives professional growth
Maintain pay plan, salary slips and benefits program
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Manage training programs
Encourage employees to volunteer
Manage employees absence reporting via GreatDay HR application
Work with Sustainability Team to meet B Corp certification requirements
