This is a proactive customer service position for an organizational genius, who absolutely loves to build long-term relationships.
You’ll be in charge of managing all orders and ensuring all the pieces arrive safe and sound to their new home. Communication is key - with our business partner who makes the jewelry, as well as with our amazing Gardens of the Sun community of existing and potential clients.
As you’ll work closely together with both our customers and customer experience team, you’ll learn all the nitty-gritty details about our products so you can identify errors or improvements, and creating ways of working better for the whole team.
We are looking for a competent “system thinker” with a “just get it done” attitude. This means you want to become the best at what you do, care about details and you can see the bigger picture and connect dots across multiple disciplines like production, customer service, management and brand.
You’ll plan and lead the production process of new products as well as made to order products. You’ll learn knowing all the nitty-gritty details about our products so you can identify errors or improvements, and help to maintain our quality standards manual.

Check orders every day in Shopify and Etsy, ensuring all the right pieces are shipped
Inform clients when custom pieces are available, follow up and solve any problem on the orders
Manage return and shipments and take action accordingly
General customer service support, answering order-related, shipping and import related questions from clients
Keep track and record domestic sales done via bank transfer
Write repair instructions to the smiths, inputting order details and set due dates for the order
Work closely with the smith's administrative assistant to make sure that the pieces are made in a timely manner, ensure that raw materials for the smiths are enough for production
Keep track and respond to reviews in Judge me, select monthly winners
Prepare order design for the Hidden Gems collection and for stock
Updating the shipping page for COVID-19 delays
