The Blue Ivy design:- Blue sapphire and diamond ring in 18k ethical yellow gold
- Our signature ethical gold: mercury-free and mined by indigenous women who are paid more than the international gold price
- 1.05 ct cushion cut bicolor sapphire. Medium blue with hints of aqua, cornflower blue and mint green. Mined, heated (traditional blowpipe) and cut in Sri Lanka. Measures 5.6 x 5.6 x 4 mm.
- 4 marquise cut diamonds from Botswana
- Set with an open bezel with marquise side stones. Its elevated design makes this a great ring to stack with let's say a wedding band.
Your sapphire ring will be made to order in your size. It's possible to change the gold color (eg white gold instead of rose gold) upon request.

Our signature ethical gold
We use 18 karat eco-gold, which is mined and processed with traditional, mercury-free low-impact practices by indigenous Dayak women in Central Kalimantan, Indonesian Borneo, who receive fair pay.
We're making this for you, from scratch
Your ring will bemade to order around 8 to 10 weeks. You'll receive a photo before we ship it out. The price is for one finished ring in 18 karat eco gold.
Our white gold is rhodium plated. Since we outsource this to a manufacturer with responsible waste management, it takes a little longer than our yellow gold and rose gold.
Since your ring will be made especially for you, we don’t accept returns on custom orders.

I must confess I was a bit doubtful at the beginning, all the pieces I was seeing at this place were extremely beautiful, but the fact that I couldn't see the stones ”face to face” an that it was made so far away from my home (Barcelona) was retaining me. But finally I decided to try it and asked for Gardens of the Sun help, since I couldn’t decide between some gems so they took some personalized pictures for me. And it was like this during the whole process.
I had the opportunity of customizing the piece and feeling a part of the process. The results are absolutely beautiful I’m super happy and I’ll totally bug again a piece of Gardens of the Sun ethical jewellery!
