Being a part of our Client Experience team means you’ll be talking with and helping our clients about everything from finding the perfect engagement ring to which ring size or metal to choose. You'll make every client feel blown-away by their experience and make sure they know we truly care about them for the long run.
You' re pro-active in constantly improving our client experience. As you’ll be closest to our clients and practically their friend, you are their voice in our team and you share their feedback.

Help our clients with any questions they have via email, live chat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Etsy, YouTube or Whatsapp
Monitor and improve client satisfaction and retention, especially post-purchase
Support any special sale events
Help to develop the client support team by sharing knowledge, contributing to blog posts, coming up with solutions and discussing best practices.
We want everyone in our business to grow and use their talents, so there may be additional tasks based on your interests and the company needs.
Your location isn’t as important as your attitude and talent, but it is required that you come into the office most days in your first month for an on-the-job training. After that we expect you to come into our studio once or twice a week for team meet-ups. Aside from that you’re flexible to work from anywhere with an internet connection (you decide what you wear and which pet sits at your feet ;)) This means can work from 9-5, or during any other hours of the day or the weekend - as long as you get the job done!
