Are you a creative mind with an eye for design? Do you love working with visuals?


We're looking for a graphic designer to help us create mockups of engagement rings, birthstone jewelry, and other custom jewelry. That's where you come in!


Your role will involve creating mockups for engagement rings and birthstone jewelry, handling some simple product photography, and keeping our birthstone inventory up to date. You'll also support our Production and Visuals Teams, making sure everything runs smoothly.


Perfect for someone who enjoys working with visuals and keeping things organized. If you're detail-oriented, understand English well, and know your way around a camera, we'd love to hear from you.


Expected start date: immediately


WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Create mockups for clients, based on their requests

  • Create design sheets and production orders for our team of silver and goldsmiths

  • Take simple product photos 

  • Oversee birthstone inventory

  • Ensure birthstone availability is up to date on the website

  • Support Production Team and Visuals Team as needed 

This is a position for 30 hours a week (5 days of 6 hours each), with the opportunity for growing into a jewelry design role. You’ll be working from our studio in Bali.

  • You understand English well, and aren’t afraid to ask for more details if you’re not sure you understood

  • You get the details right - you don’t make sloppy mistakes

THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR YOU, IF you:

  • Don’t speak English

  • Can’t work within the Gardens of the Sun style and branding guidelines

  • Have a hard time following directions

  • Can’t work with tight deadlines and have trouble estimating the time required to complete the work given

  • Don't have the ability to work independently without constant direction

  • Aren’t based in Bali

  • Are looking for a remote position
