I sent the ring back a few months later, and it got lost in the mail. Their customer service was AMAZING. They provided updates as soon as they got them, they reached out to everyone to find my ring, and let me know when it arrived safely. They completely suppressed my anxiety around the whole situation. They ask questions when crafting instead of making assumptions, and even sent progress pictures. I could not be more thrilled with Gardens of the Sun and will definitely be telling everyone I know about them! I ordered a custom sliced diamond ring and another ring for my engagement ring and wedding band. There was great communication throughout the process of my rings’ creation and when it arrived it was beautifully packaged and you could tell there was love and care put into this order.
