We ship to most countries worldwide from Bali, Indonesia. Gardens of the Sun offers fast international shipping with Fedex and DHL. This normally takes 3 to 5 working days to destinations worldwide, excluding any time your package may spend at customs.

Depending on your country, duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery. You are responsible to pay these duties and taxes. Paying these duties and taxes releases your order from customs. If you have any questions, your local customs office can assist you best. If you refuse to pay duties or taxes, your package may be destroyed by customs. Some customs offices offer the option of returning your package to our office. In that case, we will refund your order minus any duties and taxes we pay upon arrival at our office.
We ship almost everywhere in the world. On the checkout page, you can put your address and it will automatically identify whether we ship to your country or not.

Having your jewelry resized, altered or repaired by another jeweler voids the Gardens of the Sun warranty.
We do a strict quality control before we package and ship every single item, and we make sure your stones and metals are at their most beautiful before being wrapped up. Is your jewelry not quite the right size or not quite what you expected?
We accept returns on ready-stock items within 14 days of receiving your order. If the jewelry is meant as a gift and you need more time, please let us know beforehand. We'd be happy to extend the return period for you.
Please email info@gardensofthesun.com with your order number and why you'd like to return it. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. It must also be in the original packaging. We don't accept returns on custom made jewelry.
To make it easier for you, we offer returns to addresses in Indonesia, United States and the EU.
We'd love to say we've got a "no questions asked" return policy, but we don't work that way. We strive to always be better. We'd like to hear why you return your jewelry so that we can continue to improve. If there's anything you're unhappy with, please let us know so we can fix this and make sure it doesn't happen again.
We work hard to process your orders and get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible. We can't make any changes to your order once it has been shipped. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order please contact us right away at info@gardensofthesun.com.
Unfortunately, commissioned pieces and custom orders (including engraved pieces and special ring sizes) are non-refundable.
We do want you to love your piece. If the item is damaged or we made a mistake, we'll work with you to fix it. If you need resizing, or need further work to perfection your custom order, please email info@gardensofthesun.com.
There's a 48 hour time window for you to cancel your custom order at no cost. A bespoke piece is handmade especially for you, so once production starts it can't be cancelled.
