SHIPPING AND RETURNS

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING


We ship worldwide from our studio in Bali, Indonesia. Your jewelry travels safely with FedEx or DHL, and usually arrives within 3–5 business days (not counting any time at customs). Shipping is on us for all orders over $200.


In Indonesia, we ship with RPX - free for orders over $50. If you’re in Bali, you can also choose in-person delivery or pick-up at our showroom.


Depending on your country, duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These are your responsibility, and paying them will release your order from customs. If you’re unsure, your local customs office can give you the best information. In rare cases where customs refuses release and returns the package to us, we’ll refund you minus any duties or taxes we had to cover. If customs destroys the package, we won’t be able to offer a refund.


At checkout, simply enter your address and our system will let you know if we can ship to your country and what the shipping fees are if you're order is less than $200. 


Need your jewelry by a specific date? Send us a note at info@gardensofthesun.com, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.


All jewelry comes with free gift wrapping, because it deserves to arrive looking just as special as it is.

RETURNS

WARRANTY ON SILVER AND GOLD JEWELRY 

Your jewelry is made to be loved and worn, and we stand by that. If it ever arrives with a defect, like a loose stone or any damage from mishandling on our side, we’ll make it right.


Our warranty covers silver jewelry for 3 months from the date of shipping and gold jewelry for 12 months from the date of shipping. 


What’s not covered: scratches from wear, changes in shine, stolen or lost jewelry, accidental damage (like drops), or the gemstones and diamonds themselves. If another jeweler resizes, alters, or repairs your jewelry, our warranty no longer applies.


All jewelry goes through a strict quality check before it leaves our studio: stones secure, metals polished, ready to shine.


If you believe your jewelry qualifies for a warranty claim, send us an email info@gardensofthesun.com 

with: a short description of what happened, a clear photo and your order number. 


We’ll take it from there and help you sort it out.

EASY RETURNS

If your jewelry isn’t the right size or not quite what you had in mind, we’ve got you.


We accept returns on ready-stock jewelry within 14 days of receiving your order. Planning to give it as a gift? Let us know before you order, and we’ll happily extend the return window.


Here’s how it works:

1. Email us at info@gardensofthesun.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Jewelry must be unused, in its original packaging, and free from scratches, alterations, or signs of wear. Custom-made jewelry can’t be returned.

3. If you’re sending it back from overseas, any import charges will be deducted from your refund.

4. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (processing times depend on your bank or credit card provider).


We don’t believe in “no questions asked”. Your feedback matters, and it helps us grow and improve. If something didn’t meet your expectations, please tell us so we can make it better next time.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

We work hard to process your orders and get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible. We can't make any changes to your order once it has been shipped. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order please contact us right away atinfo@gardensofthesun.com. 

CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY

Commissioned jewelry and custom orders, including engraved jewelry and special ring sizes, are non-refundable.


We want you to love your jewelry. If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we’ll work with you to make it right. For resizing or adjustments to perfect your custom order, please email us at info@gardensofthesun.com.


You have a 48-hour window to cancel your custom order at no cost. After that, production begins, and since your jewelry is handmade especially for you, it can’t be cancelled.
