Meet
The rough spessartine garnet crystals have a vibrant orange color. The high quality crystal has a roundish shape with natural geometric facets and has been set in a custom-made bezel setting with the silver wrapped all the way around the stone.
The gemstones were ethically sourced from northern Tanzania, near Loliondo. The deposit this was mined in has produced some of the finest crystals and specimens of spessartite the world has ever seen.

I thought the whole process from reading about the piece, to buying it, to waiting for it in the mail and finally unboxing it was really sweet. The ring itself is okay quality. My moonstone is a little loose in the setting and there's a big crack in it. Otherwise, it's a really unique piece.
