The silver band breaks just before it reaches the stone, creating two clean cut outs above and below the bezel. We work with a local refiner who recycles silver from post-consumer sources, like old jewelry, silverware, and even silver recovered from x-rays and other medical waste. This doesn’t stop new silver from being mined (most silver is a byproduct of other metals anyway), but it does cut emissions by about 8x compared to newly mined silver. And it keeps what already exists in circulation, instead of letting it go to waste.

My first piece came beautifully just as i had wished but there was a manufacture defect- and my necklace broke within minutes of putting it on :< I emailed the team and they replied very promptly. They offered the same necklace of other lengths as replacement alternatives but eventually offered to make a brand new one for me! The team who corresponded with me- Sovi and Tessa were extremely polite and plain joy to write to. Not once did they rush for me to send back the previous piece in this uncertain COVID-19 times.
