The process of picking out the stone, setting and band was so much fun, and the team at Gardens of the Sun was so helpful in sending pictures and mock-ups! Maharani suggested a silver wedding band with blue sapphires to compliment my hexagon salt & pepper diamond ring set in gold - and while I had not originally envisioned my gold ring with a silver band, I was truly blown away by the end result! The rings just fit together so perfectly, and compliment each other in the most gorgeous way. I get compliments daily on how beautiful my ring set is! I've never seen another set quite like mine, and I love it even more knowing that it was designed specifically for me. I have been thrilled again! I have bought no less than 20 times from GOTS, and seriously never been disappointed. I've ordered several custom rings and they have been amazing at bringing my dreams to life.
Now we can't believe in that many orders (probably 50 items!) That everything has been perfect? Once, and only once, did I describ my custom ring in an unclear way. For that, I am so thankful that GOTS send a preview photo for your approval before shipping! I saw the photo and realized I explained my concept in a confusing way. After I clarified my dreams (with a drawing) they actually took the ring apart and reset it in the way I had really hoped! Thank you a million times over! I'm very happy with how my ring turned out and the excellent customer service at Gardens of the Sun. I'll give some context on why i chose Gardens of the Sun. I had gotten married and my husband and I bought each other simple wedding bands. The entire process of getting married was very simple and happened fairly quickly, we had no engagement and thus no engagement rings and our ceremony was a quick solemnisation witnessed by 50 of our closest friends and family members. My husband wanted to gift me with another ring, this time with a diamond or gemstone topping it. And because of my picky nature, he let me choose the shop and design myself. Of course I wanted a gorgeous ring but what was equally important to me were three additional requirements: I wanted the ring to come from a small company, not large brands like Tiffany; I wanted the ring to improve and support the community it operates it and not just profiting the owners; and I wanted all the components of the ring to be sourced ethically. It was mightily difficult to find a company that meets my requirements and falls within the budget so I was very much over the moon when i found Gardens of the Sun on instagram!

I can't emphasize enough how beautiful the ring in person, I gasped when I first saw it. The gemstone is a 2.44 carat sapphire sourced from Tanzania. I love its details like the minor inclusions and how in different lights, it could look mossy-green or verdant green.

Thank you to the team, especially Rissa for patiently answering my numerous queries! If you're considering getting a custom ring, do it! My only advice is that it does take quite a long time (at least 10 weeks) so do factor that into your timeline!

I absolutely love my mystery bundle. I never would have ordered these items myself but somehow they are perfect! I feel joy every time I look at my glowing heart ring. The necklace is so tender and is also strong. All of the other items are precious and somehow felt necessary! I highly recommend all Garden of the Sun items but there is something extra magical about taking the risk to gift yourself with a Mystery Bundle.
