When it became my time to design my custom set, the team could not have been more helpful in creating a unique piece of wearable art. Maharani suggested a silver wedding band with blue sapphires to compliment my hexagon salt & pepper diamond ring set in gold - and while I had not originally envisioned my gold ring with a silver band, I was truly blown away by the end result! I have been thrilled again! I have bought no less than 20 times from GOTS, and seriously never been disappointed. I've ordered several custom rings and they have been amazing at bringing my dreams to life.
Now we can't believe in that many orders (probably 50 items!) That everything has been perfect? Once, and only once, did I describ my custom ring in an unclear way. For that, I am so thankful that GOTS send a preview photo for your approval before shipping! I saw the photo and realized I explained my concept in a confusing way.
