This company is absolutely amazing. I decided last minute that I wanted a wedding band made in addition to my custom engagement ring. I sent the ring back a few months later, and it got lost in the mail. Their customer service was AMAZING. They provided updates as soon as they got them, they reached out to everyone to find my ring, and let me know when it arrived safely. They completely suppressed my anxiety around the whole situation. They ask questions when crafting instead of making assumptions, and even sent progress pictures. I could not be more thrilled with Gardens of the Sun and will definitely be telling everyone I know about them! In addition to all this, I got to support a women run company with the same environmental views I have. It is so cool to have a story behind my beautiful, one of a kind, wedding ring and I could not be happier with the end result! They even sent a little gift at the end of the whole journey! 10/10 recommend.
I love my new ring! I've had a white gold and diamond band for the past 6 yrs but it doesn't really match my style (I'm more of a boho hippie free spirit type). My husband replaced his wedding band with a pretty wooden band that has my birthstone, turquoise, inlaid in it, so I also replaced my wedding band with my husband's birthstone. I LOVE IT! It's perfect! It's dainty and really matches my style a lot better than before. Plus, I love all of the sustainability efforts of the company. Really pleased with my purchase.
Not only is the ring exactly what I wanted, the entire process of working with the Gardens of the Sun staff to design my teensy polki diamond ring was so sweet. I loved the photos shared along the way and multiple opportunities to alter design if desired. I feel great about wearing my ring and supporting this ethical company!
