Gardens of the Sun silver jewelry is covered for 3 months from the date of shipping against manufacturing defects. This includes issues such as faulty settings, loose stones, or structural problems present upon arrival. If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it.
Please inspect your jewelry carefully as soon as you receive it. If you notice a loose or missing stone upon arrival, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We don't refund or replace gemstones or diamonds that go missing after the jewelry has been worn. Stone loss due to impact, pressure, snagging, accidental damage, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
If your jewelry is damaged outside of the warranty period, we’re still happy to assess and repair it at cost price plus shipping.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, like scratches, dullness of metal or stones, fading of rhodium plating, loss of oxidation, accidental damage, impact damage, loss or theft.
Repairs, resizing or alterations done by another jeweler void this warranty.
If you’re in Bali, you’re welcome to bring your jewelry in for a free cleaning and inspection.

If your jewelry is a gift and you need more time, email us before ordering and we’ll arrange an extended return window.

Custom jewelry, engraved jewelry and special ring sizes are final sale, and can not be returned for a full refund or exchange.
Email info@gardensofthesun.com with your order number and reason for return. We ask you to ship returns to our address in Indonesia. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable import fees.
A restocking fee of $20 for silver and $120 for gold applies. This covers inspection, polishing, quality control, payment processing and restocking. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 weeks after we receive and inspect the jewelry.
