The warranty doesn't cover scratches, dullness of metals or stones, or jewelry that has been stolen, lost, dropped or damaged in any other way.
Having your jewelry resized, altered or repaired by another jeweler voids the Gardens of the Sun warranty.

Is your jewelry not quite the right size or not quite what you expected?
We accept returns on ready-stock items within 14 days of receiving your order. If the jewelry is meant as a gift and you need more time, please let us know beforehand. We'd be happy to extend the return period for you.
Please email info@gardensofthesun.com with your order number and why you'd like to return it. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. It must also be in the original packaging. We don't accept returns on custom made jewelry (including engraved pieces and special ring sizes), as your piece will be made especially for you.

We'd love to say we've got a "no questions asked" return policy, but we don't work that way. We strive to always be better. We'd like to hear why you return your jewelry so that we can continue to improve. If there's anything you're unhappy with, please let us know so we can fix this and make sure it doesn't happen again.
