Rose Quartz, Ruby and Pink Sapphire Ring

A soft oval rose quartz sits beside marquise ruby and pink sapphire accents, creating a pink gemstone combination that feels playful, open hearted and impossible to take fully serious in the best way. Like flirting over dinner until the restaurant closes. Like rereading old messages. Like knowing wanting something deeply might hurt, and choosing to want it anyway.

I designed this ring during a season where my heart had cracked wide open. For once, I stopped hiding what lived inside it: a longing for the kind of love that feels like home and hunger and being fully met. For years I carried this desire folded smaller inside myself. This time I let myself feel it fully. Underneath it sat grief. Grief for love that hadn't arrived. Grief for all the ways I'd learned to make wanting smaller.

With all this love in my hands and nowhere for it to land, I found the right gemstones to hold that love: rose quartz, ruby and pink sapphire. Big open heart energy.

Funny timing. Now that the rings are finished, I might have opened my own heart wide enough to find someone who meets it there.

I hope this ring works like a good luck charm for you too.

Recycled sterling silver

We work with a local refiner who recycles silver from post-consumer sources, like old jewelry, silverware, and even silver recovered from x-rays and other medical waste. This doesn’t stop new silver from being mined (most silver is a byproduct of other metals anyway), but it does cut emissions by about 8x compared to newly mined silver. And it keeps what already exists in circulation, instead of letting it go to waste.

Want to join in? If you have old silver jewelry or silverware gathering dust, you can bring it to our showroom. We’ll recycle it and give you shop credit in return.

Rose Quartz

Rose quartz is the stone of unconditional love, the kind of love that starts with you. It brings you back to your own heart when you’ve handed it out too freely. Less chasing, more choosing.

This rose colored gem softens what’s hardened and steadies what’s shaky. It helps you stay open without losing yourself, feel deeply without spiraling and forgive without pretending it didn’t hurt. Rose quartz reminds you love is strongest when it begins at home.

Ruby

Ruby is the birthstone for July. A stone of heat, hunger and heart. It lets you experience love in all its hot, sweaty forms, from wild desire to deep connection. Ruby turns up the volume on passion. It fuels devotion and sparks intimacy. The kind that builds slowly, burns steadily and lights you up from the inside out.

This pinkish red gem doesn’t shy away from attention. It makes you stand taller. Shine louder. Feel more alive. Ruby moves the blood, wakes the body and charges your energy like sunlight on skin. It’s a reminder to take up space, to glow and to lead with love.

Sapphire

Sapphire is the September birthstone and blue sapphire is the primary zodiac birthstone for Virgo. The wisdom stone. Loyal, faithful, a keeper of truth. For centuries, people turned to sapphire to protect what they love.

She’s the friend who helps you see straight, the shield that keeps the bad energy out, the reminder to trust your gut. Her surface shines with power, but her real gift is softer: hope, peace and the kind of insight that anchors you when life spins too fast.

If you’re building something that lasts, or craving clarity in the mess of everyday life, you’ll want sapphire by your side. Explore sapphire jewelry that keeps your wisdom close.

How to care for your jewelry

Over time, silver tends to tarnish, reflecting its personal journey with you. Depending on your environment, exposure to air, moisture, chemicals, and sebum, this process can speed up. Many find that this natural aging adds charm and character to each piece of jewelry.

If you prefer to keep your jewelry shining, a little care goes a long way.

Please care for your jewelry using the soft cloth included in your purchase. For a gentle, natural cleaning option, consider adding soap nuts to your order.
