I had a fantastic experience working with Shenny, from picking out the perfect stone (she sent me additional pictures of the ones I was interested in), to creating a mockup so that I could see if yellow gold would look good with the stone, to keeping me updated every step of the way after that. When the ring was finished, she sent me final pictures, and I had a chance to request any last changes. The ring was shipped out promptly after that, and I received it in just a few days even though I am in the US! When I put it on, it fit perfectly.
