Ethical Sapphires
Featuring ethically sourced sapphires from Kalimantan, mined using low-impact, manual methods. These sapphires were mined by hand and with wooden pans by indigenous Dayak sapphire miners in Kalimantan, Indonesian Borneo. These miners receive fair pay. We share more about this partnership here.

Recycled sterling silver
We work with a local refiner who recycles silver from post-consumer sources, like old jewelry, silverware, and even silver recovered from x-rays and other medical waste. This doesn’t stop new silver from being mined (most silver is a byproduct of other metals anyway), but it does cut emissions by about 8x compared to newly mined silver. And it keeps what already exists in circulation, instead of letting it go to waste.

I thought the whole process from reading about the piece, to buying it, to waiting for it in the mail and finally unboxing it was really sweet. The ring itself is okay quality. My moonstone is a little loose in the setting and there's a big crack in it. Otherwise, it's a really unique piece.

Loved the ring, stone fell out
I absolutely LOVED my yogo sapphire ring when I received it, and was hoping to wear it for a long time! Unfortunately, the stone fell out after about 6 months of normal wear (received the ring in August, stone fell out in February). I am really sad about this, I really loved the ring and craftsmanship, and supporting this small business.
