I am in love! It's so bright and the perfect shade of red that I look for in a garnet. Definitely going to have to get the matching necklace!

My first piece came beautifully just as i had wished but there was a manufacture defect- and my necklace broke within minutes of putting it on :< I emailed the team and they replied very promptly. They offered the same necklace of other lengths as replacement alternatives but eventually offered to make a brand new one for me! The team who corresponded with me- Sovi and Tessa were extremely polite and plain joy to write to. Not once did they rush for me to send back the previous piece in this uncertain COVID-19 times. Instead, they worked fast on the new replacement piece, informed me when my new necklace was ready, when it was shipped, corresponded with me when i sent back the previous necklace, gave me full refund of the shipping costs, stat and when it was well received on their side.
